🛡️ Introduction: A Pact, Not a Purchase

The Forge is not a course, a product, or a transaction.

It is a rite of passage.

By entering, you are stepping into a sacred container designed to catalyze growth, transformation, and deep inner work. This agreement outlines the shared expectations, responsibilities, and terms of our work together.

🔮 Scope of Work

You (the client) are enrolling in The Forge, a coaching container offering transformational support through practices, quests, and live sessions. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on your level of commitment, presence, and willingness to engage.

🧱 Tier Breakdown

Depending on your chosen path, your container may include:

Heroic Tier

  • 12 x 75-minute 1:1 coaching sessions

  • 1x 60-minute integration session

  • Access to rituals, resources, and quests

Mythic Tier

  • All Heroic tier elements

  • 1x handcrafted mini-quest

  • Priority access & voice memo support

Legendary Tier

  • All Mythic tier elements

  • Weekly handcrafted quests

  • Full access to my creative energy and deep collaboration

Specifics for your tier will be confirmed in your welcome materials.

⚖️ Terms of Engagement

By joining The Forge, you agree to:

  • Show up fully: attend sessions on time, complete practices, and engage authentically

  • Honor the container: no coaching is ever rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice

  • Take radical responsibility: your transformation is yours to claim

  • Maintain confidentiality: you respect the privacy of any shared content or fellow clients

💰 Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at sign-up unless you’ve agreed to a payment plan.

  • There are no refunds. Your presence here is a commitment — not a casual experiment.

  • If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments in full.

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule a session with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions not canceled in time are forfeited.

The container begins on the agreed start date and runs for 12 weeks (unless extended for your tier). Extensions may incur additional fees.

🧙 Termination

Either party may end the agreement with written notice. If you terminate early, no refunds will be issued for past or pending payments. If I must cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a prorated refund or equivalent compensation.

By proceeding with payment, you affirm:

  • That you’ve read and understood this agreement

  • That you accept these terms in full

  • That you are entering The Forge of your own free will

This agreement is your gateway. The Forge does not guarantee outcomes — only the opportunity for transformation. Enter boldly, or not at all.
